The Battle of Texas.... Complete

Astros vs Rangers… People tend to drum up the opposites. How the teams, fans and cities are so different. First off the Rangers play in Arlington not Dallas. Now that's cleared up we can move on to more interesting threads. Lets take a look at the Fans. Both teams have fans from all walks of Life very diverse. IF I saw an Astro fan and a Ranger fan standing next to other without any team gear I would not how to tell them apart. Now it does seem like everyone outside of H-Town is tired of the Stros. That happens when a team wins constantly and the general population wants to see something new. For Example: The Patriots had like a span of winning and The entire NFL world was (except Pats fans) were sick to see them in the playoffs much less the Super Bowl. The Astros have been in the mix since 2017. Yes that World Series might have an *, but you can't take the celebrations, parades and overall good vibes that went along with winning the World Series. Stros fans have had it good for a grip and TBH when they lost 2 home games to the Rangers, ( hell they got blown out the game 7) Astro fans were the first to say “Give’em hell Texas” keep that Trophy in the Lone Star State. Now there are some bitter ass fans but you got those everywhere, so don't count they crusty ass. 

Now the BOT is over. The State will rally around the Rangers to beat Arizona. We got nothing against the Diamondbacks. They are just in the way of having another Trophy hoisted. They will be dealt with. AZ has a solid team, any team that can go into Philly and secure two games in one of the rowdiest places to play the game of baseball. You have our attention! The World Series starts this Friday. It should be a banger of a series both sides have been contacting the ball with outstanding pitching. The Rangers are hitting the long ball in every game in the Post season. That trend will keep pace until the cows come home…..

That said we are picking the Rangers in a “Gentleman's sweep” AZ will get one win at home. Texas secures the 2023 World series 3-1. May the Parade in Arlington be fun and safe for all.
